SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow up to 1-2 business days for your order to be processed. Please allow 3-5 business days to receive order. Please create an account with UPS to track your shipment and/or edit your address if necessary

Signature Is Required For ALL PACKAGES

Some orders may require email confirmation before processing. If additional verification is needed, you will receive an email from our team.

All orders are shipped via UPS, unless addressed to a USPS PO Box or Military FPO/APO/DPO.

We are unable to edit your shipping or email address once order is placed.

Once shipped we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (UPS).

We are not responsible for any stolen packages, please pay attention to tracking information that’s provided in your email. That information will provide the date your package will be delivered

EMAIL VERIFICATION POLICY

For the protection of our customers and our business, LimeLyfeHair may require email verification before processing an order.

If your order is flagged for verification, you will receive an email asking you to confirm your:

• Order details

• Shipping address

• Payment authorization

Customers must respond within 24 hours.

UNVERIFIED ORDERS

If we do not receive your verification within the required time frame:

• After 24 hours: Your order will be automatically canceled for security reasons.

This policy ensures unauthorized or high-risk transactions are prevented.

REFUND TIME FRAME FOR CANCELED ORDERS

If your order is canceled due to non-verification:

• Your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

• Refunds typically take 5-10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

PRODUCTS

All hair is carefully sourced and inspected before shipping.

Because human hair is a natural product, slight variations in texture or color may occur.

Product descriptions and images are provided to the best of our ability; however, results may vary depending on installation, coloring, and maintenance.

Maintenance & Liability

Proper care and installation are required for the best results.

We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect installation, coloring, chemical treatments, heat styling, or lack of maintenance.
