1. What type of hair do you sell?
We sell 100% raw human hair that is single drawn (full from root to tip, with natural thickness). Our textures include Straight, Body Wave, Deep Wave, and Burmese Curly.
2. How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw hair can last 3-4 years or longer. Maintenance and installation methods play a big role in longevity.
3. Does the hair shed or tangle?
Raw hair may experience minimal shedding, just like natural hair. To reduce tangling and shedding, we recommend sealing wefts and following our care instructions (Located on our Instagram page Limelyfehair under highlight “raw hair care”).
4. Can the hair be colored or bleached?
Yes! Our raw hair can be dyed, bleached, or colored. For best results, we recommend having a professional stylist handle all chemical processes.
5. How many bundles do I need for a full install?
14–16 inches: 2–3 bundles
18–22 inches: 3 bundles
24 inches and longer: 4 bundles or more
This may vary depending on the look you want and your stylist’s recommendations.
6. How long does shipping take?
Processing time: 1-2 business days
(During Sales: 1-3 business days)
Standard shipping: 3–5 business days within the U.S.
(During Sales: 5-7 business days within the U.S.)
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
7. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
All sales are final. Customers have 5 days from delivery to initiate a return for store credit only. Products must be unused and in original condition to be eligible (See Return Policy Page).
8. How do I care for my hair extensions?
Wash with sulfate-free shampoo and conditioner.
Let hair air dry when possible.
Use a wide-tooth comb or paddle brush to detangle.
Minimize heat styling to extend the life of the hair.
Wrap or cover your hair at night to protect it.
9. Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is NOT available at this time, we only offer shipping.
