Return Policy

* All items are NON-REFUNDABLE.
* Only exchanges/store credit (if applicable) and that is due to owners’ discretion.
* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 2 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging, unworn, unused and labels still attached. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit.
*Hair that has been worn, installed, colored, cut or tampered with in any way cannot be returned.
* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.
* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).
* In the event that a package is unable to be delivered and is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, missing apartment or suite number, limited carrier access to a secure location, or if a signature is required and no one is available to sign, the items will be restocked. A store credit will be issued minus the original shipping fee and a $25 return processing fee.
To avoid this, we kindly ask that all shipping details are carefully reviewed before placing your order and that arrangements are made to receive and sign for your package.

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.
RETURN PERIOD: You have 2 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns are eligible for a store credit only. All returns after 5 days will be rejected and returned back to the sender.
