Return Policy

Effective Date: April 16, 2021

* All items are NON-REFUNDABLE.

* Only exchanges/store credit (if applicable) and that is due to owners’ discretion.

* Exchange requests for any damaged items must be made within 5 days upon delivery of merchandise and all items being returned for credit must be in the original condition with its original packaging, unworn, unused and labels still attached. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion to determine if returned merchandise is eligible for exchange or store credit.

*Hair that has been worn, installed, colored, cut or tampered with in any way cannot be returned.

* It is the customer's responsibility to return any and/or all merchandise to our business for exchange/credit.

* Shipping and handling fees are NON-REFUNDABLE except for damaged items being returned. (Including ALL refused and unaccepted packages).

SALE ITEMS: All items purchased on sale are FINAL and cannot be returned or exchanged.

RETURN PERIOD: You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. Returns are eligible for a store credit only. All returns after 5 days will be rejected and returned back to the sender.
